Home page
The heading contains terms that people actually search for: systemic coaching in Berlin
The same home page in mobile phone view
The starting point
Clara Fohrbeck’s offering can’t be described in three words: systemic coaching that also takes place on the climbing wall. One-to-one coaching, bouldering group courses, workshops for teams.
The deadline and scope were fixed: her business launched in May 2025, and the website had to go live on time.
The brief
- Make an offering with an unusual search term easy to find
- Build the website without any existing structure — page layout and imagery
- Clearly separate three different formats: one-to-one coaching, courses, workshops
- Keep the scope in line with a start-up, not an agency wish list
- Meet the May 2025 launch date
What we did
Keeping her own term while widening the way in
“Therapeutisches Klettern” (therapeutic climbing) describes the offering most precisely — and people do search for it. In Berlin the format is better known than you might think from the outside; to this day, it brings most visitors to the website.
What the term lacks is reach. Someone looking for support who doesn’t know the format yet won’t type it in — they search for coaching, or they find their way via bouldering and courses in Kreuzberg. An offering that can only be found under its technical term misses exactly the people who don’t know it yet.
So the website carries both: her own term, which brings the regular visitors, and the broader terms for everyone else. During a review in summer 2026 we sharpened this further — Berlin was missing entirely from the heading and meta data of the home page, which is crucial for a location-based service.
A website for winning clients, not just a business card
The website has to explain, build trust and take enquiries before there are referrals to do that job.
The logo, photos and text came from Clara Fohrbeck herself; imagery and design implementation were by Katharina Rosenkranz.
A contact form that sorts enquiries
Three formats mean three kinds of enquiry. That’s why the contact form asks right away what it’s about — general enquiry, courses or workshops. A small detail in the setup that can save effort down the line.
The Climbing & Coaching page — one of three separate service pages
The result
The website has been online since May 2025 and covers all three formats. For ongoing operation, a maintenance contract is in place — updates, backups, availability checks.
Client testimonial

Starting a business, and your offering can’t be explained in three words?
That’s no disadvantage: drop us a line about what you offer and who you want to reach, and together we’ll work out how to put it into practice.
Another example: how the relaunch of a dental practice website went
